INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT FACILITATOR K-12

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree; Three (3) years teaching experience and any endorsement.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The essential function of the professional development facilitator is to design and develop strategies for, and approaches to school based professional development experiences to enhance teacher content knowledge and pedagogical skills and additionally to build capacity of teachers to increase student achievement. This individual will be responsible for determining models of delivery to most effectively support instructional needs. Successful candidates will have an understanding of the K-12 school environment and a strong commitment to educational improvement.

This position is eligible for Career Ladder.
